I really want to learn how to read piano sheet music, but I search online and they only give me these dumb things like "buy now!" But isn’t there a step by step guide/video to teach you how to read piano sheet music?

I was wondering if there is any program that can read piano sheet music, and then show you how to play it. i am new to piano and in tutorials they go to fast for me to keep up, and i want a program that i can stop and see what keys are being hit easier. not sure if it exist, but thanks in advance.
Does anyone know of a program online that I can download or use that will take my sheet music and play it for me? I’m self taught and have a hard time reading music. I have sheet music for piano but would like to find a way to watch this music be played and learn it that way instead of reading. Does anyone know of anything. I know of Midi Sheet Music program but that takes your music and creates sheet music from that, I would like something that does the opposite.
I’m an O.K piano player, but have never played from this type of notation before. I’m used to the "regular" round notes( I know how bad that sounds), and I’m not sure how to transcribe the notes on this song. If someone can tell me how to figure out which notes to play (don’t just tell me the notes, I want to figure out how to read them) it would be a HUGE help! Thanks!
Oh, and if you know the correct terminology for this, that would be good too! That way I don’t have to keep refering to them as big squares… LOL..
Each day I get much better and quicker but I still need some sight-reading suggestions or maybe you can give me a website with good music to look at or a particular musician that has nice music to play, it doesn’t matter what grade or level it is
Is it OK while playing a song to occasionally look down to see which piano keys you are pushing (and I’m talking a fraction of a section glance, like in the blink of an eye)? I am working on my second recital song and the more difficult chords where I have to play three keys at the same time in the same hand, I occasionally have to look down for a fraction of a second. This does not cause me to lose track of my music. (My piano teacher had said to not look at my hands or I will lose track.)

Ha, ^^; yeah, i have no clue as to how to read it, but i know how to read Flute music. it’s not technically reading, it’s finding the notes on a piano. xD Lol, I know where the treble and bass ends/starts, so no need to tell me that, i just need to be able to read the notes, and play them. i think it’s about time i learn how to read them, i can play piano by ear, but i want to be able to play by reading it too. Please help!! ^_^

I can play a lot of songs that i learned on youtube. a lot of them are pretty difficult, the thing is i do not know what i am playing half the time; i just remembered the right keys to press. so it sounds like i am really good but i still can not play with a band or anything like that. i want to be able to jam and play in a band. what would be the quickest way to learn so i can play in a band? learning all the scales? notes? chord progressions. please somebody let me konw
